• We have a list of items we check for on the exterior of your home such as yard maintenance or snow removal, fallen trees, unexpected packages, and more. We will add or remove items on the checklist based on your needs.

Interior 

• Our interior checklist has been developed based on the most common issues that arise when a home is left vacant for an extended period of time. We review this list with you and make modifications based on your home.
